@MojangSupport I just put in a ticket for help merging my 2011 minecraft account. Trying to check it out once again in life - but the page will not progress past "Checking account status". Will I really have to wait weeks on a fix for this? :( I have the trans ID. :(

It has been January 2nd for 2 days. At this rate, I might get a response by the end of February. On what planet is this acceptabl;e customer service? Are you guys hiring? This sort of thing is not complex and if its cluttering your backlog, I can help improve those processes.
