@MojangSupport I have sent an email to mojang on the 25/12/17 and haven't received an email back. It now says that they are working on the 26/12/17, so I have not been answered after waiting for so long. My daughter can't play Minecraft on her new pc. Very disappointed

The address used to contact you on 25/12/2017 isn't the same as the one used for my mojang account. The one used for the mojang account was closed by my email provider and I didn't have time to update it to my new email address. I've forgot the answer to the security questions.
