@MojangSupport Hey, I’m trying to change my name on mojang.com but when I click on “Change name” when I have verified that the name is available, it gets stuck on a loading message that says “Checking profile name and password.” Is this a known issue? What can I do?

Sorry to hear this. Please try logging out and back into your account to see if you are then able to change your username. ^JH
