@MojangSupport account was stolen, email containing transaction id was deleted and they probably kept the id for themself, 100% sure i bought it with a prepaid that is now long gone, cs has been slow and unhelpful and i have the email from mojang saying the email was changed to:

You need to reply to the support agents last email for support with this issue. I would also recommend calling your bank. ^JH
