@MojangSupport account was stolen, email containing transaction id was deleted and they probably kept the id for themself, 100% sure i bought it with a prepaid that is now long gone, cs has been slow and unhelpful and i have the email from mojang saying the email was changed to:

That's the thing... Rui is ignoring my questions and said if I don't have the card info or transaction ID then the case is closed..
