@MojangSupport HELP! I'm in need of a Christmas miracle! I can log in to my account but its saying my secret questions are wrong, I can't reset my security questions either as its linked to an old email!

I can't redeem my code. It freezes in "Placing Order". The code was a gift from a friend. What could I do?! I spent more than 2 hours trying to get my game.
