@MojangSupport minecraft crashes on start up on my samsung galaxy note 5, os is updated to the latest, I have un installed game and still crashes. What's the fix

I did, I even searched, there is no actual support, you will gladly take my money, but this isn't support. All you do is direct everyone to a website where non employees help out. I'll just get my money back for a broken game with no support.
