@MojangSupport bought the game from @PlayStoreForum a week ago for mobile. Game crashes on startup when entering a world. Sent an email 2 days later. Have not heard anyhting from support. Why? And how to fix the crash. Couldn't play once since purchase.

And how do I go about to do that? It won't even show the crash screen after crashing. So where do I find this info and where do I send it to? And how long then before my daughter can play this game on her phone?
