@MojangSupport bought the game from @PlayStoreForum a week ago for mobile. Game crashes on startup when entering a world. Sent an email 2 days later. Have not heard anyhting from support. Why? And how to fix the crash. Couldn't play once since purchase.

It doesn't give crash information. It just stops & returns to main telephone screen. I can't register for minecraft help. I keep getting the same loginscreen. Now help solve this problem so my daughter can play or refund in full. I'm tired doing this back and forth or use e-mail
