@MojangSupport bought the game from @PlayStoreForum a week ago for mobile. Game crashes on startup when entering a world. Sent an email 2 days later. Have not heard anyhting from support. Why? And how to fix the crash. Couldn't play once since purchase.

I can't find proper technical help. I still can't play. Memory resources should be fine (between 1&2 GB). Bought it on December 6, and #minecraft still crashes. Using Huawei Honor 4. Answer the email with a step by step instruction to fix this problem.
