@MojangSupport I’m having issues loading a realm nobody can get on it every time we try to it loads for 5 minutes then kicks us to the menu again, any idea what’s happening?

Please ask the Realm host to check the version number of the bottom right corner in the main menu. ^PS

We already called for help and they tried everything they could do so we lost the realm but gave him a free 1 month of gold
