@MojangSupport I’m having issues loading a realm nobody can get on it every time we try to it loads for 5 minutes then kicks us to the menu again, any idea what’s happening?

I’m on the better together update for Xbox one I don’t know what version, it’s not my realm but whenever the host loads it, it tells him he can’t connect to the realm and to try again later, but we can connect to other peoples realms

We have tried everything from hard resetting our Xbox’s and even uninstalling and re-installing, we can’t even shut the realm down to try and restart it, it won’t let us shut it down
