@MojangSupport HI. Could you check that why I can't play online mode Minecraft with my user name todamax@gmail.com ? Username is julle9. I bought full game but it does not work. Only demo mode is allowed. Actually I have bought and paid same amount earlier too. Paid twice.

Sorry to hear this. This issue should be able to be fixed by logging out and back into the game launcher. ^JH
