@MojangSupport hey i can't open Minecraft PE, whenever i open minecraft it just stays on a white screen. im on a 4th gen iPad running iOS 9.2

Hi, have you tried updating your iOS version? As 9.2 is quite old, this might be the cause of the issue. ^CB
