Dear @MojangSupport @Mojang our realms is down again... so maybe is not a ‘temporary’ issue. The error is invalid session, please restard. Done, logout and login again, restard computer,... still invalid session... please help!

Is your hosting service a 24/7 service? What’s the way of contacting you when something is broken? Is there a ticketing area for your clients?
