@MojangSupport keep getting disconnected from our realm server after entering the Nether.

The problem you've described might have been a temporary issue and is hopefully resolved. Please try connecting again. ^JH

It's still doing it. Been 4 days now on both X1 and Android. Reported it on x1 a few days back but is there anywhere else I can report it to? Really worried about losing our realm world. Entering the worked fine before on the One edition.
