@MojangSupport just paid & downloaded minecraft android app, getting error message you don't have a license. What do we do?

Make sure to be logged into the same Google account that made the purchase at all time. Alternatively, try playing offline. ^PS

It doesn't give us an option to play offline. Load app & see this. One of my sons birthday gifts so if you can help fix it he'll be thrilled
