It's supposed to not fit the screen? Then I'd like to report a bug, mine's fitting the 5k monitor just fine. I want it to be cut off at the top as well pls!

Fullscreen mode should automatically adapt to your monitor's resolution. If not, it's possible that you're experiencing a bug. ^PS
