@MojangSupport @XboxSupport I've restarted my xbox, and trying reinstalling Minecraft and still get 0x80040200 and can't open Minecraft

Your issue may already be reported (bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-…) if so vote for the issue and continue to follow the progress. ^JH
