@MojangSupport I invited a friend to my realm. I can see the invite on my end but their's says no invite. How can we get help?

Are both using an Xbox live account? Does it have settings that allows multiplayer connection? ^AH

Yes. They are able to join via split screen but can't see the invite and join on their own.
