Hello sorry to bother you guys, however I cannot join multiplayer due to settings however I contacted Microsoft and nothing was wrong.

Is this regarding a version of the new update? Please make sure to contact the Xbox support and not the Microsoft suppoort ^AH

I did contact xbox support, and it's for windows 10 edition after the patch earlier. Still exists as a problem, please help.
