@MojangSupport i own the digital version of Minecraft Xbox one addition but I'm not seeing the free "update" can you help me?

I’m getting the prompt when I get on minecraft Xbox one edition but in the store new minecraft isn’t free. Yet I own MC Xboxone digital.

I was with Xbox support early and apparently I’m not the only one who has this problem so you guys might want to long into this
