I just wanted to change my minecraft skin before playing and now im just in a loophole of frustration

to change my skin i need to answer 3 safety questions, but i made these years ago and dont remember the answer so I send a reset to my email

but when I went to log into that address it ask me to retrieve it buuuuuut it's asking me for even more shit i cant remember @=@

so i decided to go and migrate my minecraft account to a mojang one so i can change my old dead mail to my active one but it's not working

i have the right email, the right username, the right password, but it keeps giving me an error and idk what im doing wrong?!

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG I JUST WANT TO CHANGE MY MINECRAFT SKIN FOR FUCK SAKE

all I can do now is contacting them with my purchase ID i got years ago and on a card i no longer have from a town i no longer live in... 🙃

what can I do @MojangSupport ? I gotta buy the game on a new account? I dont want to waste cash i dont have on a game I already own tho
