I has peoblems connecting to Minecraft, so I changed my password on Mojang website and since, I can't connect to any website like (2/4)

Minecraft.net or mojang.com and even my minecraft account. As soon as I click on "frogot password" and I gave (3/4)

My email address, I do not receive anything to change my password.
