@MojangSupport Monthly sub through Google Play for Realms. Credit Card says processed 8/6. Realm still says "expired". Who can help?

I was able to make a purchase. My credit card was successfully charged $3.99. So someone has my money, but I have no Realm. Who can help?

This is a 6 month old Realms subscriptiom for Pocket Edition. It has worked 4 out of the past 6 months. Last time I had to cancel and resub
