@MojangSupport My Minecraft crashes everytime I try to open it, and even when sometimes it doesn't it crashes after 10seconds of playing.

I did, they are just a community (i think) and barely active, I asked someone and he had the same problem and doesn't know how to fix either

He said that it might be because of the graphics card update or something, and he said try some things, nothing worked
