Yeah. He no longer has access to the email because it got hacked. We contacted @MojangSupport multiple times, but no luck my friend. :'(

Should be a way to regain access/control to the email account and then recover the mojang account.

LOL you already failed to help because of an email account the 3rd party person no longer has access to. But thanks for the offer anyway.
