@MojangSupport After months of pestering I've finally succumbed and bought Minecraft PE iOS for my chn. Unfortunately, it doesn't load!

Screen shows Mojang logo then goes white. Game doesn't load. Is there a prob with the app? I've got 2 very sad children! Can you reply asap?
