@MojangSupport We have an active Minecraft Realms subscription, but when I try to click the wrench icon nothing happens. Is configure down?

The configurations should work, what Edition are you using? Please make sure that you have a stable internet connection^AH

We have a wired 300mb connection and we have signed into the main account on 1.11.2. I deleted the contents of the .mc file. Still nothing

I was ultimately able to access them from another pc. Is there a reason it wouldn't work?
