@MojangSupport E-mailed over a week ago. My son cannot launch his Minecraft, no response from Mojang! Cannot launch the game or sign in!

We can log in to Mojang. It's telling us we don't own the game. We certainly do. Waited 1 week for an e-mail back, nothing.

respected your "be patient" and waited for a response and got nothing in over a week. Will e-mail every day now, until fixed!
