Interestingly, this Minecraft edition has not required a @Mojang login, could this be the issue @mojangsupport / @xboxsupport? How to sort?

The PC edition use Mojang accounts. The Xbox edition of Minecraft are supported by Xbox sadly,please try to contact them again^AH
