@MojangSupport Friend has transaction details on a mail that's gone bye bye for a long time.He can't migrate because of that, any help?

Thanks but he has no access to old service ergo the receipt either. It was Hotmail. He can get into single/multi, not realms

So he needs that mail to see the reciept but that is no longer there. If he provides you with his account credentials
