second question I'm from Norway and I have friend from middle east and I want gift it minecraft as birthday gift.

can I buy a prepaid minecraft code for PC and sent it to them or only that printed card only available for Norway user ?

Or I can buy gift from website to them? I really want buy from official reseller in Norway but afraid it's not work withhim🙁
