@MojangSupport Since yesterday we are unable to connect to our realm. Please advise what we can do. Single player works, just not realm

Please try switching to another world slot and check if you still have the same issue. ^EA

thank you! After doing that and reinstalling a backup all seems to be working again. Thank you for your assistance
