Mouse wheel hotbar scrolling in Windows 10 Minecraft doesn't seem to work properly @MojangSupport.

oh & when it isn't trying to emulate a CS:GO Gambling site it just refuses to respond entirely.

only in Windows 10 Minecraft it works fine in Java Minecraft & other games.

Also the high speed thing that happened in the video was new after leaving the game on but minimized for a few hours.
