To find out if a username is taken, go to your Mojang account and click change. Third party checkers and hasPaid are not always accurate.

@SanderValdur Too bad there's no way to see when this account was "paid for", ... considering my account has been active since 2010...
@SanderValdur I hope you can get through to Google and get that fixed. I'd like to see that too.
