For those who bought the @humble Bundle, Scrolls Full Version is redeemed at account.mojang.com, Deluxe Pack is redeemed in-game.

@MojangSupport @atmaz @humble there seems to be no area on the mobile versions scrolls to redeem the deluxe pack.. i may be blind tho
