@MojangSupport I have a problem, I bought minecraft java edition in 2019, I migrated the account in 2022 but I can't access to it today. I have all the information to prove it : - Nickname of the account - account email - game activation key - mail proving the account migration

Once logged into the account, I have no access to any Java edition license, I'm asked to buy the game when I've already bought the game in 2019 and migrated in 2022 as the screen proves.
