When I bought the game I understood that they gave a layer and they didn't give me that layer

No capes are included with game purchases, but if you purchased the Deluxe or Master Collection of Minecraft, you should have received several character creator items. If you did not receive these, please contact us at msft.it/6017ieO81 so that we can look into it. -JL
