@MojangSupport Windows version does not work, even though everything worked with Xbox Game Pass a few years ago. The game starts loading from 34% and it remains like that without any progress. As soon as I minimize the window, the game crashes and closes itself.

Do you receive any error messages when this happens? And what troubleshooting have you tried so far? Initially, I'd recommend making sure that you are up-to-date on video card drivers and checking to make sure that no parts of the game are being blocked by firewall settings. -JL

i haven't seen any error message, game just close itself. also i can play java edition without any troubles
