@MojangSupport Mojang Support Team, I bought Minecraft for PC (Java) in 2021 and for mobile in early 2022 in (Bedrock).Those who purchased Minecraft separately in that period are expected to receive an exclusive cape. I don't have it, I'm asking for help to solve it. :)

Minecraft Support cannot assist in granting these capes to accounts. To clarify on the Vanilla Cape, both Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft for Windows would need to have been purchased to qualify. Bedrock Editions on other platforms did not apply for this promotion. -JL
