@flower73465 was told by Microsoft to contact Mojang support to recover their account. @MojangSupport replied with a canned response saying they no longer help customers with account issues. Get on the same page and be accountable to your customers already! #ghostedbymojang

Was Microsoft giving the customer bad information? Seems like you pick and choose when to reply and when not to, and you're giving people ample reason to question the ethics and integrity of your company.
