@MojangSupport I am having an issue with an account I migrated to Microsoft last year. Somehow on the launcher and Microsofts website my Xbox account(Which used the same email)overrided my migrated Mojang account. On the launcher it list both accounts, but only the Xbox is active

I have the transaction #, the original receipt, and my migration confirmation email. Somehow it still says I need to repurchase Minecraft. I have been through Xbox Support, Microsoft support, and help.minecraft.net to no avail.

Most often in cases like this it's due to the Microsoft account you migrated to being a different Microsoft account than the one you intended to use. We may be able to help locate the account, but to keep your info secure please submit a ticket at msft.it/6010iVSXM -JL
