@MojangSupport hello, i wanted to renew my minecraft realm plus subscription but gave me a message saying “your purchase is succeeded but we couldn’t create your realm right now, we will create your realm as soon as possible” my subscription isn’t active but it’s paid

If you paid for your Realm but can't create it, one of our Realms specialists should be able to help by manually creating it for you. In order to keep your info secure, please submit a ticket at msft.it/6017iVDgU along with a proof of purchase so we can get it fixed. -JL
