@MojangSupport Hey, my friend has fully lost access to her account, and when she tried to contact Mojang Support via email, she recieved nothing for several days until you contacted her saying that you were closing the ticket because you had not "heard back" despite never (1/2)

As of September 19, 2023, Minecraft Support is no longer able to assist with Mojang/Minecraft log in or other account-related issues as account migration has ended. Please see out Post-Migration Process FAQ for more info: msft.it/6010iT88i. ^FF

hi, it's not associated with the migration process in any way, shape, or form. there is nothing wrong with the associated Microsoft account, she has used it for play without issue post-migration period previously. the issue is that her copy of the game vanished without notice.
