@MojangSupport Hello, ever since this new update released I haven’t been able to play in my realm, I play on PlayStation 5.

Updates for Realms usually take up to 24-48 hours to push through. If you're still not able to access Realms/servers after that, make sure to reach back out to us! -JL

Thank you for your response, another question I have is how come other people are playing on the realm?

Just to check, do you have an active PlayStation Plus subscription? If not, that could be what's causing this issue with accessing your Realm. Minecraft on all consoles (PS4/5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox) each require a paid online subscription for online multiplayer and Realms. ^FF
