@MojangSupport My friend tried joining my world and now it just saying connecting to world then automatically cancelling it and not letting him in.

Your friend will need to make sure that they're on the latest update, and if they play on a console, they'll also need to have an active subscription that allows multiplayer access (PlayStation Plus, Nintendo Online, etc.). Let us know if they are still having issues! ^FF
