@MojangSupport I bought minecraft w/ a mojang account which isn't migrated to my microsoft account. Minecraft.net says I have until Dec 18 to get a copy on my microsoft account. I have a transaction ID but can't use my original mojang email to get code. Can you help?

@MojangSupport When I fill this form out I get an email saying Minecraft support no longer offers support for Mojang/Minecraft account issues. Its also impossible to speak with anyone over the phone/chat at microsoft. Can you DM me so I can send you my details for you to help?

We don't offer phone support, but you should be able to continue working with them if you respond again to the ticket. ^BT
