It looks like you're on an older version of the game; do you experience this issue on the latest version of Minecraft or only on version 1.7.10? ^FF

If this is only occurring with mods/3rd party launcher we aren't able to offer direct support. But if you are experiencing this with no mods active and launching through the official launcher, this may require further investigation with a ticket at msft.it/6010iudry -JL
