Was closed by MS . my sons Mojang. Account was hacked in August. and now some random is playing on my son’s license copy of Minecraft - Both the person that hacked and the person that bought are dealing in stolen goods - Why is this tolerated ?

Why is nothing being done - why is everyone unable to repossess my son’s account ? ( since I can provide proof of ownership ) We have an audio recording of the guy playing on Joshua’s game . How can Mojang sanction this ? How is this fair ? What will you b to do to assist
